Web Maintenance & Support

Hosting & Domain services
Custom IT/Software solutions
All purchases, payments, and transactions are governed by this policy.
2. Payments & Billing
Payments can be made through PhonePe Business Account, UPI, net banking, credit/debit card, or any other payment methods communicated at the time of checkout.
You will receive a payment confirmation via email once the transaction is successful.
All charges will be in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 Requesting a Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@srwebmakers.com or via your project dashboard (if available).
Include your invoice number, service description, and reason for cancellation.
3.2 Before Work Commences
If a cancellation request is received before any work has begun, you are eligible to cancel the order.
A processing fee of up to 10% of the total service amount may be deducted to cover administrative costs.
3.3 After Work Has Started
Once project work has commenced (design, development, or provisioning services), cancellation will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Payments for work already completed, delivered, or milestone-achieved will be non-refundable.
4. Refund Eligibility & Conditions
4.1 Eligible Refunds
Refunds may be considered in cases where:
Duplicate payment has been made.
We are unable to deliver the services as agreed.
There is a legitimate billing error attributable to SR Web Makers.
4.2 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
Change of mind after service delivery has begun.
Services already fully delivered and approved.
Fees for third-party purchases (domain, hosting, plugins, etc.).
Charges already incurred (e.g., domain registration, hosting renewals).
5. Refund Processing (PhonePe / UPI / Other Methods)
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method, including payments made via PhonePe Business Account or any UPI link.
Refund processing time is typically 5–15 business days, depending on the payment method and bank/UPI processing timelines.
SR Web Makers is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions or payment gateways.
6. Dispute or Chargeback
If you believe there has been an error in billing or a service discrepancy:

We will review and respond within 3 business days.
If unresolved, you may contact the payment provider or bank to raise a dispute, citing your invoice and communication with us.
